15% discount, and 20% discount on purchases over $100, applies to Web Store purchases paid for at time of order by credit card only. Discount does not apply to email, fax, phone, on-hold items, orders posted to Koorong, BPAY, prepaid orders, in-store orders, orders charged to a Koorong account, bookstalls, nett priced items, concert tickets, cafe purchases, gift cards/vouchers, donations or backorders. Items cannot be set aside for customer pick up. Web orders are shipped from our West Ryde, Blackburn, Woolloongabba, Adelaide and Perth branches. If the product is out of stock in these locations then sale discount does not apply. [Note: parts of your order may be filled by separate stores and arrive in multiple parcels].
