The core of the course is a set of 4 DVDs presenting 8 sessions. Essential complements to the DVDs are the Leader's Guide and a Guest Manual for participants, both sold separately. Additional resources include a Leader's DVD-Rom and an Introductory Guide for those considering running the course.

Each course guest will need this Guest Manual. This contains notes from the course, the exercises, and homework for discussion. Please note that the Guest Manuals from the first edition (dark blue cover) of the course are not compatible with the new edition of the course and vice versa.
