Placing an Order
- Call Customer Service on (02) 9857 4477 to place a Call & Collect order. (8:00 am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday)
- Your local store staff will call you when the order is ready and arrange a collection time.
Collecting an Order
- Upon arrival, call the local store and provide your name and vehicle registration number.
- Please stay in your car and a staff member will place your purchased items and invoice in the boot of your vehicle.

West Ryde, NSW Store: Rear dock, facing Anthony Road. Please park near the carpark entrance at the side of the store, next to the loading dock.

When can I collect my order?
Please wait for confirmation from your local store prior to visiting - normally advised within 1 business day of placing your phone order.
Can I order via Call and Collect?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Call and Collect service is only available to customers living within 5 km of our West Ryde, Penrith, Fyshwick and Blackburn stores.
Koorong is continually monitoring the effects that COVID-19 restrictions have on our customers and will update the Call and Collect service accordingly.
