Log In & Password Help
If you have an existing account with Koorong but haven’t yet ordered online, all you have to do is set your password. If you have previously provided us with a mobile number you will have the option of receiving an email or text which will contain a link to reset your password. If we are unable to send an email to your email address or you are having difficulty with your password, please don’t hesitate to contact your local Koorong store.
We require that your password is at least six characters long and that it contains at least one number. If possible you should not base your password on a dictionary word and you should include a mix of letters (lower and uppercase), numbers and punctuation.
We take the security of your information very seriously and employ industry standard technology to keep your information as safe and secure as possible. However you also play an essential part in the security of your account. Choosing a strong password and keeping it safe ensures that your account details remain private. Don’t write down your password, don’t keep it on any insecure mediums such as shared computers or email, and don’t give your password out to anyone.
Reset your password using your email address or Koorong Membership Number. If you have more than one Koorong Membership Account using the same email address you will need to Log In using your Koorong Member Number.
