Sandy J Austin
Sandy Austin has worked with thousands of kids and their parents for over twenty-five years in education, and in full or part-time ministry. She has a Master's degree in counseling and was one of the first counselors on the scene on the day of the tragedy at Columbine High School. Austin is currently a counselor at Green Mountain High School in Lakewood, Colorado. Today's Christian Women magazine declared her an "Everyday Hero" for her work in reaching out to children impacted by the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York.
