Stephen A. Macchia (D.Min., Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary) is founding president of Leadership Transformations, Inc, a ministry which focuses on the spiritual formation needs of leaders and the spiritual discernment processes of leadership teams in local church and parachurch ministry settings nationwide.
