Since 1992, BIBLEWORKS has dedicated itself to providing pastors, teachers, students and missionaries with the tools they need to divide rightly the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). With this new release, a host of new features, databases and improvements have been added to the exegetical software tool preferred by many scholars throughout the world. What's new in this release? One of the first things you'll notice is the new interface ? still streamlined and efficient, but now laid out more logically for daily workflow. We've also included a completely new set of training materials. With the enclosed video and text study guides, it's like attending a set of BIBLEWORKS training seminars at home through your own computer.
BIBLEWORKS 7 now permits seamless Hebrew and Greek Unicode export and includes a redesigned editor that has full support for Unicode. Another feature that all users will appreciate is the set of detailed, editable satellite maps of the Holy Lands. Finding Hebrew and Greek equivalents and studying the relationship between the Hebrew and Greek Old Testaments are now easy with the inclusion of the newly revised Tov-Polak Parallel-Aligned LXX/BHS database. We've also included our first instalment of a set of sentence diagrams of the Greek New Testament (with free updates as the project progresses.)
You can now build key word in context lists and collocation tables, which will help to uncover previously overlooked themes and patterns in the Biblical text. You'll be please to find a set of sound files integrated into the Greek and Hebrew flashcard sets. New databases include the Gingrich Shorter Lexicon, Metzger's Textual Commentary, Holladay's Concise Hebrew Lexicon, the Lust LXX Lexicon, and MacDonald's Greek Enchriridion. More than a dozen new Bibles have been added, including the NET Bible (with full notes) and the Holman CSB. This is just a partial list of what's new. If you're new to BIBLEWORKS you'll be amazed at what is included from the previous six versions!
