Brett Harris is co-author, with his brother Alex, of the bestselling book Do Hard Things: A Teenage Rebellion Against Low Expectations. They maintain the high-traffic website The Rebelution. He is the founder of the Young Writers Workshop and is married to his best friend, Ana. They live in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Alex Harris is a photographer, a professor at Duke University, and an editor of DoubleTake Magazine. He lives in Durham, North Carolina.
