Western culture suffers from an epidemic of "perpetual adolescence." Many adolescents are not prepared to deal with the realities of adult life and try to sponge off their parents well into their 30's. Dr. Joy explains how adults can model mature relationships that help young people grow up. He challenges adults to lead young people into a responsible pattern of life so they can begin to make mature decisions.
