John J Collins

John J. Collins (Ph.D.,Harvard University) is Holmes Professor of Old Testament Criticism and Interpretation at Yale Divinity School. He has authored or edited thirty books, including Introduction to the Hebrew Bible, Daniel (Hermeneia Commentary Series), and The Scepter and the Star: The Messiahs of the Dead Sea Scrolls and Other Ancient Literature. He has served as president of the Catholic Biblical Association, president of the Society of Biblical Literature, and editor of the Journal of Biblical Literature.

Joseph Blenkinsopp

Joseph Blenkinsopp is John A. O'Brien Professor Emeritus of Biblical Studies at the University of Notre Dame. His books include The Pentateuch: An Introduction to the First Five Books of the Bible; A History of Prophecy in Israel; Judaism, the First Phase: The Place of Ezra and Nehemiah in the Origins of Judaism; Opening the Sealed Book: Interpretations of the Book of Isaiah in Late Antiquity and the three-volume Anchor Bible commentary on Isaiah.

Leo G Perdue

Leo G. Perdue (Ph.D., Vanderbilt University) is President and Professor of the Hebrew Bible at Brite Divinity School, Texas Christian University. He is the author of six books including most recently Proverbs (2000);Biblical Theology: Introducing the Conversation (2009), Wisdom and Creation: The Creation Theology of Wisdom Literature (2009); and The Postcolonial Bible Commentary (2012), the editor of ten collections, and has published more than 40 essays and journal articles.
