A stimulating, masterful work from the New Testament specialist, and doyen Pentecostal Evangelical scholar, Gordon Fee.....The emphasis of the commentary, in particular, is the sufficiency of the Spirit in the life of the believer--in bringing them to Christ, in uniting them to Christ, in making them Christ-like and being a sufficient guide for godliness....all of these things apart from works of the Law as emphasised in the argument of Galatians....this is a scholarly yet eminently practical commentary.

"This book begins with an introduction situating Paul's letter in time and space, and is followed by a detailed discussion of each section of the letter, verse-by-verse commentary, and a theological discussion with challenging questions for individual or group study."--BOOK JACKET.
