Simple survival tips and strategies for those who struggle with depression or anxiety.

This quirky little book is filled with 20 easily applicable techniques that can help you manage the ghastliness of depression and anxiety in every-day life.

Written in an easy to read format, it's a little bit fun and a little bit funky and, because these 'tips' are gleaned from the author's personal experience of living with the dreaded 'glooms', it is also a BIG bit believable.

So, if life for you is inclined to be a tad overwhelming and perhaps getting gloomier by the minute, then these seemingly simple strategies may be exactly what you need to help conquer the gloominess and be a survivor too. An easy, enjoyable read; you will have a giggle but most importantly you will be encouraged to keep going. Definitely worth a try don't you think?
