"God wants women to minister side by side with men in the body of Christ." So says Joyce Strong. Together, both men and women are to be a royal Symphony, expressing order and unity, mutual respect and diversity, in obedience to the Holy Spirit's score with unlimited love for the divine Maestro. Packed with rich illustrations and keen biblical insights, "Instruments for His glory" will inspire you with a greater understanding and appreciation of your role and position in the church of Jesus Christ. Here at last is very balanced application of spiritual truth of a woman's journey into service for the Lord Jesus Christ. Joyce Strong lovingly and firmly uncovers and addresses the deep issues that women face as they seek to obey the calling of God upon their lives. This may be the most unique book you will ever read. It will challenge you, excite you, stir your heart and better prepare you to be an instrument for His glory!
Instruments for His Glory is divided into four sections: Passion, Pain, Preparation and Promise. We are taken from vision to fulfillment through the lessons and discipline of the Holy Spirit in every area of our lives. As we look to God to direct the music, we will become women of integrity and wisdom, prepared for the day when men and women will minister together in harmony as God intended.
