Frederick Fyvie Bruce
F.F. Bruce (1910--1990) was Rylands Professor of Biblical Criticism and Exegesis at the University of Manchester, England. He wrote more than forty commentaries and other widely used books, including Paul: Apostle of the Heart Set Free, The Acts of the Apostles, The Gospel of John, and The Message of the New Testament. He served as general editor of The New International Commentary on the New Testament from 1962 to 1990.
R K Harrison
R.K. Harrison was Professor of Old Testament at Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. He was the editor of a number of classic handbooks for Biblical studies, and the author of significant books and commentaries for Old Testament study, some of these include The Revised Unger's Handbook of the Bible, Leviticus and Jeremiah and Lamentations (Tyndale Old Testament Commentary), Introduction to the Old Testament and The Encyclopedia of Biblical Ethics.

Ronald Youngblood
Dr. Ronald Youngblood is a graduate of Valparaiso University (BA), Fuller Theological Seminary (BD), and the Dropsie College for Hebrew and Cognate Learning (PhD). He has served as professor of Old Testament at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Wheaton Graduate School, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Bethel Seminary in San Diego, and is currently serving in the same capacity at International College and Graduate School in Honolulu. He is an associate editor of the NIV Study Bible; author of 1 and 2 Samuel in the Expositor's Bible Commentary series; and a co-translator and co-editor of the
