Sixteen year-old Krystal Meyers is not afraid to speak her mind. With songs like 'Anticonformity,' 'The Way to Begin,' and 'My Saviour,' Krystal lays down what she sees as the answer to the incredible pressure facing teens. Meyers co-wrote 'Anticonformity' while on a Year 9 youth camp. The song quickly became her personal mission statement. Krystal explains, "Anticonfirmity is more than nonconformity. Nonconformity is not doing what the world wants you to do. Anticonformity is actively being something else - in some cases, the exact opposite of what the world is trying to make you." Krystal attributes her musical influences to bands such as Silverchair, Further Seems Forever, Dashboard Confessional, Mae, and Blindside. On her national debut, Krystal teamed up with producer Ian Eskelin and the highly-acclaimed, LA based Wizards of Oz production team (Avril Lavigne, Liz Phair).
:The debut album from teen rocker Krystal Meyers features a no-nonsense dose of faith and reality on ten tracks of punky pop rockin' goodness. Includes the hit single 'The Way to Begin' as well as 'Anticonformity', 'Fall to Pieces', 'Rescue', and more.

Krystal Meyers was born in Orange County, California, but moved with her family to Franklin, Tennessee when she was six. When Krystal was 10 she picked up a pencil and started writing songs. About 3 years later, she moved on to the acoustic guitar, really showing her talents.
These days Krystal tends to lean towards edgy rock, which you can experience when she fires up her electric guitars and rhythmic drums.
In 2005, Meyers made a big splash, entering into Christian Music with her self-titled debut album. At the age of 18, she graduated high school and received a Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year.
