Walk out into a vineyard in Northeastern Italy in a little, obscure hill-town named San Germano. Nestled in the heart of those hills live a family named Bruzzi whose lives revolve around their vineyard and where only the father is the vinedresser. Jesus said, "I am the vine, you are the branches, and my Father is the vinedresser." When He spoke those words to his disciples and also to us today, He was telling us that He, the disciples and the Father stand in the exact relationship as the vine, the branches and the vinedresser. The heart and passion of Aldo Bruzzo's work in his vineyards consumes him. His love for what he does, from taking care of the branches to putting his name on the bottles, caused me to see with unparalleled charity, my identity in Christ.
