PRODUCT SUMMARY MENTOR THE NEXT GENERATION. The Millennial generation is unlike any other. Born after 1980, they don't know the world before computers, video games, or MTV. They are optimistic, desire rules and boundaries, and support tradition and values. A passionate group, they long to commit to a cause. However, they cannot make it alone. They need guidance and direction from people who care. They need to hear your stories--both successes and failures. In Mentoring Millennials, Dr. Daniel Egeler provides a framework to help older generations reach out to and teach the next generation through examples as simple as sharing stories and experiences or as deep as lifelong commitments.
