F Delitzsch

C.F. Keil was a German Protestant exegetist. He was professor of Old- and New-Testament exegesis and Oriental languages for 25 years. In 1859 he settled at Leipzig, where he devoted himself to literary work and to the practical affairs of the Lutheran Church.
