Many books speak to issues of what Christians should do in business and in ministry. But what do Christians actually do as leaders and managers? And, more importantly, what can we learn from their many years of experience? In this first-of-a-kind study, over 300 Christian leaders and managers talk candidly about their attitudes, priorities, challenges and best practices. Professor Zigarelli describes their approaches to management, finance and marketing, and prescribes, based on the collective wisdom of these leaders, the secret to better Christian leadership. CEO, middle manager, pastor, business owner or student, this book has valuable insights into how to lead and mange in a way that honors God.
