A powerful and inspiring story of world-renowned evangelist, Luis Palau, often seen as the successor to Billy Graham. From his humble beginnings on the streets of Buenos Aries, Argentina, to speaking to heads of state and leaders around the world about the love of Jesus, Luis Palau has influenced millions with his story, his preaching, and his life.
Here, accompanying a film release of the same title, is the definitive and authorized biography of one of the most respected Christian preachers and evangelists in our world today. Luis Palau has a fascinating life journey filled with adventure, risk, vision, faith, and perseverance.
Palau lost his father at an early age and became the head of his household of four younger sisters and his mother. He first heard Billy Graham on a radio broadcast at age 16 and knew from that point he wanted to work with him and follow in his footsteps. Graham himself gave the encouragement and seed money for Palau to start a ministry of his own.
The unprecedented life that God has bestowed upon Luis Palau is a true testament for how a willing person, who's heart belongs to Lord, can be used to accomplish great works, far more than anyone could think or imagine.
Luis Palau was born in Argentina and became a U.S. citizen after coming to America for graduate studies in theology at Multnomah Biblical Seminary, Portland, Oregon.
