Ever wonder if Heaven is closer than you think? Ever sense the Holy Spirit's presence in a way that makes the veil between us and eternity seem thin? Ever feel like God is so close you can almost touch him? Maybe . . . or maybe not. Pieces of Heaven reminds us that God is closer than we think. All we have to do is have eyes to see. In an increasingly secularized and frenzied culture, it's not always easy to make time and space in our lives for seeing God at work around us. We don't intend to quench the Spirit. We want to recognize God's presence in our lives, but we end up ignoring Him anyway. But God desires to expand our view so that we can catch a glimpse of His hand in our everyday lives-in our work, in our leisure, our joys, and our sorrows. In Pieces of Heaven author Joseph Bentz invites readers to celebrate the God who is close at hand and easy to see-if only we are paying attention.
Joseph Bentz is the author of four novels and two non-fiction books, including Silent God: Finding Him When You Can't Hear His Voice.
