D. Brent Sandy (PhD, Duke University) is professor and chair of the department of religious studies at Grace College (Winona Lake, Indiana). He has written two books on Old Testament interpretation, Cracking Old Testament Codes: A Guide to Interpreting the Literary Genres of the Old Testament (co-editor) and Plowshares and Pruning Hooks: Rethinking the Language of Biblical Prophecy and Apocalyptic.Daniel M.
