Samuel Lane has just released his debut solo worship album titled 'The Fire'. This album was recorded at CatBeach Studio in LA with Emmy Award winning producer Bobby Hartry. A nice warm feeling also comes out in the music. Samuel Lane's voice throughout the album sounds brilliant. He has a soft, yet edgy voice that at times feels like he is whispering the lyrics, but never losing the passion and power. There is a laid back feel to the music on the album. I'm not even sure it fits into one genre specifically. There is even a sort of Soul feel to it. Have a listen and see what you think. But whatever style you want to call this album, 'The Fire' is one of the most heartfelt albums I have heard for a long time.
