A warm, transparent and humorous communicator, Carole is a popular speaker at conferences, fitness weeks and workshops. She and her husband, Johnny, have three children and eight grandchildren. They live in the Galveston Bay area of Texas, where their favorite pastime is sitting on the pier and watching the sunset.
