Joan D Chittister

Joan Chittister is executive director of Benetvision: A Resource and Research Center for Contemporary Spirituality in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is the author of over thirty books on Spirituality, many of which have been awarded or highly honoured such as The Way We Were, Called to Question, In the Heart of the Temple, Scarred by Struggle, Transformed by Hope and her most recent title Welcome to the Wisdom of the World and Its Meaning for You.

Joan Chittister is a Benedictine sister and founding executive director of Benetvision, a resource and research center for contemporary spirituality in Erie, Pennsylvania.
