Beginning with the Bible and drawing on a range of theological sources, Gary Badcock develops a constructive theology of Christian vocation, rescuing it from both secular and sacred distortions. Badcock demonstrates that the concept of vocation is more intimately tied to "personhood" than to "occupation." Anyone struggling to discover a "vocation" will find this book to be a revelation.
