Eric James
Eric P. James studied at Oriel College, Oxford where he was awarded the B.Phil in 1987 and a D.Phil in the Philosophy of Mathematics in August 1990. He was Lecturer in Philosophy at St Hilda's College, Oxford for two years before taking up a tenured post at the Hong Kong University where he taught until June 2003.
Eric is Preceptor in Philosophy at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge and Director of Audio Engineering at URM Audio Ltd - a classical music production company based in Suffolk. He is editor (with Nick Bunnin) of The Blackwell Companion to Philosophy (2nd Edition, Blackwell, 2003), Wittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations", Bob Katz' Mastering Audio: the art and the science and William James' Principles of Psychology and Radical Empiricism is finally in the publishing pipeline.-Editorial Review.
