Sam Williams

Sam Williams has been a pastor for over 35 years, has planted 13 churches, and is involved in church and leadership consulting. He is currently director of Strategic Focus Cities, an initiative of the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention that is engaging over 200 churches in the greater San Diego area. Sam resides in San Diego with his wife, Nancy.

Eric Swanson

Eric Swanson is coauthor of The Externally Focused Church (Group, 2004), Living a Life on Loan (Standard, 2006), and Becoming an Externally Focused Church (Jossey Bass, 2010). Along with Sam Williams, he has founded GoodCities, an organization committed to engage the church worldwide in the needs and dreams of their cities in order to bring about spiritual and societal transformation. He lives in Louisville, Colorado with his wife, Liz, and enjoys reading, blogging, photography, cooking, travel, and good coffee.
