Every youth pastor knows that they can't have a ministry if they don't have leaders. So when they do get those brave volunteers, they need to make sure that those people are equipped in order to be effective leaders. Youth ministry veteran and author, Chris Folmsbee, put this training together to help busy youth pastors train their leaders without a lot of preparation time. Ultimately, the youth group will benefit greatly from having a team of leaders who understand what it looks like to lead well in youth ministry. This Participant's Guide, which accompanies the What Did I Sign Up For? DVD lessons, allows volunteers to process the training and understand what it means for their ministry context. The practical and relevant lessons will give volunteers what they need to step confidently into the youth room and lead a group of teenagers.
