Katie Geneva Cannon is the Annie Scales Rogers Professor for Christian Ethics at Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Virginia. She was the first African-American woman to be ordained as a minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
