DVD worth watching
3 stars By Esther, Nov 30 2017
The other reviews seemed to relate to the book, which I haven't read, but I recently watched the dvd. I found it to be worth the watch, especially if doing a Biblical search or study on the tongue. Each segment covered the relevant Scriptures, with some of Deborah's personal stories which added some depth to each point. It wasn't very long, so wasn't at all laboursome. I found it to be encouraging, especially when taming the tongue can at times be very challenging. I would definitely recommend the dvd for either personal or small group viewing.

Informative
3 stars By Renae, May 16 2017
I personally found this book to be informative - I hadn't realised in just how many ways I was using the tongue in a negative way and how much of a sin it was. I have learnt to guard what I say, and am currently on a 'tongue fast' to help me identify the other areas in which I need to guard my tongue (and thoughts).

Keen to read the book on taming your emotions as that's another area in which I need help!

Useless
1 stars By David Eather, Apr 25 2012
It is 30 days of bland writing with no spiritual insight or even profound human wisdom It is not going to do what it says I'm sorry but this is one of the most disappointing books I have ever purchased
