John Quanrud studied Albanian language and literature at Prishtina University in Kosovo from 1988 until its closure by the Serbian authorities in 1991. He then moved to Tirana where he lead a church-planting team and helped to re-establish Albania?s evangelical community following the effects of half a century of communism.
