J A Hostetler

John A. Hostetler is emeritus professor of sociology and anthropology at Temple University and the former director of the Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies at Elizabethtown College. Widely known for his publications and research on minority religious groups in the United States and Canada, he is the author of Amish Society and editor of Amish Roots: A Treasury of History, Wisdom, and Lore, both available in paperback from Johns Hopkins.
