  • Manage anger and conflict constructively
  • Make positive life changes

Helpful read
4 stars By Mel, Jun 14 2016
This was a great read!

I found this book thought provoking and challenging.

The author provides a good explanation of anger's purpose and the differences between positive and negative anger. He also gives great insights into ways you can manage anger and use it appropriately in the way God has intended it to be used.

It is clear and certainly a helpful read!
