With 50% of marriages ending in divorce, most kids today grow up in blended families. One in five children is raised by an alcoholic parent and millions more live in homes crazed by methamphetamine abuse. In an interview, Eckman will tell your audience that kids raised in dysfunctional homes carry negative imprints on their hearts about God, the world, and themselves. The product of a chaotic, alcoholic home himself, he will explain how these thought patterns can be redirected. Often emotions are unfrozen for the first time and freedom is gained from anxiety, bitterness, depression, habitual sins, compulsions, and addictions.
