In this little booklet Welch helps us understand the ins and outs of major mood swings. The first half of the book outlines some of the consequences of bipolar disorder. But the best section of the book is the second half which gives practical strategies for change. What is really helpful is how the author does not dismiss the problem as simply a physical disorder, but delves into the spiritual aspect of the problem. If you or someone close to you struggles with bipolar disorder, this could be a little book that brings large blessing.
