The Go To Book
5 stars By Jules, Feb 12 2016
Having read many books on depression, anxiety and mental illness this is the book that best explains the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. As my husband's carer, it improved my understanding of what he was going through. There were so many pages that I read out to him and he responded with, "That is what I feelam experiencing." I found the author to be matte of fact and non-judgemental.
