Once again Francine Rivers delivers a outstanding novel. Before reading this book I read all the reviews and this is what made me want to read this book. I would have to say I agree with all the comments its a impressive book and covers a lot of topics. I found it hard to put down then again all of Rivers books I have read so far are like that. A Christian based novel with a message of hope that God is always there for you if your willing to let him in, he is forgiving, patient and loving! I would read this book again one day after I have finished reading all the books from Francine Rivers that I want to read as she is diffiently a favourite author of mine!
If you loved Redeeming love thought it was amazing, then this book will blow your mind! Rivers confronts you on topics, such as, adoption, drugs and alcohol abuse and displays how far our world truly is from God. You'll need a box of tissues for sure!
Francine Rivers has done it again with a read that will have you in tears as you feel the hearts of the characters she writes about. You feel their pain, their joy and you can't wait to get to the end where you know that God's love has the upper hand.
Rivers has written another riveting story with a message. I'm loving the power of Christian fiction to encourage and build-up, as opposed to secular fiction which so often tears down. This is a fantastic story which gives insight into the world of Hollywood in the mid-twentieth century.
