In the Author's own words, teachers that Calvinists, including Spurgeon believe(d) that "Calvinism is the Gospel" that Calvinism is the nickname for the Doctrines of Grace and that they are one and the same thing. On Pg 45 we have "For example, the Calvinist Spurgeon used the following points: 'I have my own opinion that there is no such thing as preaching Christ and Him crucified, unless we preach what nowadays is called Calvinism. It is a nickname to call Calvinism; Calvinism is the gospel, and nothing else. On pg 210, we have "The doctrines espoused in this book may well encourage believers, but they are not designed to save. Only the Gospel saves. Give the gospel to unbelievers and give the Doctrines of Grace to believers.. ... As one English reformer said: 'Let a man go to the grammar school of faith and repentance, before he goes to the university of election and predestination. But this is exactly like the Bait-and-switch tactic used by cults to conceal doctrine from new believers. They base themselves on principles that outsiders often find unacceptable, such groups often choose to spoon-feed doctrine in hopes that the extreme points of doctrine will be much more acceptable to the new believer after a period of conditioning or brainwashing. So, Calvinism in Nutshell is: YOU WILL BE SAVED OR DAMNED FOR ALL ETERNITY BECAUSE YOU WERE SAVED OR DAMNED FROM ALL ETERNITY
