James R. Estep (D.Min., Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; Ph.D.,Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is professor of Christian Education at Lincoln Christian College and Seminary in Lincoln, Illinois. He is the author and editor of Foundations of Christian Formation; A Theology for Christian Education; and Management Essentials for Christian Ministries with Michael Anthony

Jonathan H. Kim (Ph.D., Trinity International University) is Associate Professor of Christian Education Talbot School of Theology. Dr. Kim specializes in the critical integration of theology, psychology, and education with a particular interest in spiritual formation and leadership development. He has co-authored a book on the history of Christian Education, The Heritage of Christian Education (College Press, 2003)and edited and contributed to Christian Formation: IntegratingTheology & Human Development (Broadman & Holman, 2010)
