An essential.
5 stars By Irene Eliades, Apr 07 2008
"Cinderella Children" is truly an ispiring documentary of how God can take any person, no matter what their circumstance, and call them to do great things. What God has done and is doing in Irene's life and in the lives of all the African people she is helping is nothing short of miraculous and world-changing. Irene never thought she would be able to do something like what she is doing, but God wants bigger and better things for all, and this documentary shows how God moves in unexpected and awesome ways to allow people to step up to what they've been called to do.
Pastor Grant and Matt Clift did an amazing job, and so did the awesome members of CCC Westside for supporting this vision and spreading the word of this life-changing DVD.

Inspiring
5 stars By Alison Lunnon, Mar 29 2008
This film was such an inspiration. I'm a member of CCC Westside and I feel such a pride from being a member of this project. The stories of the men and women in this film are so inspiring. It made me feel so lucky to live here in Australia where there is little turmoil that directly affects me like it affects these people. It was heart breaking to discover that the government really doesn't care. It was inspiring to discover that an Australian Grandmother could make such a difference to these people's lives. Although it is not time for my husband and I to do overseas ministry, we can give to this great ministry and want to encourage everyone else to do the same.
The production team on this movie was great also. Matt Clift and Tony Lunnon have done a fantastic job with the production and post-production of this DVD.
I would recommend buying this DVD, watching it, and then passing it onto someone for them to do the same. Help get the word out about this great ministry by purchasing a copy and then giving it away. Let's make this ministry happen. Let's help finish the war in Africa.

A great ministry/life
4 stars By Richard , Mar 20 2008
I have followed and supported the work of Irene for years through CKS and her days in the hot African sun. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who feels a call that seems daring and unconventional. What a sacrifice Irene has made to see all those smiling Ugandan children built up day-by-day. This DVD shows the start of a great journey.

Moving and Affecting
5 stars By Jessica Lumby, Mar 19 2008
This documentary is a must see for anyone who wants to make a positive impact in the world (i.e. EVERYONE). Irene proves to us that no matter who you are or what your life circumstances, you can be the hands and feet of Jesus to anyone in any situation.
This DVD is not simply another story about the horrible things happening in the 3rd world, rather it is a story about all the incredible things God is doing to restore hope for the future and smiles to the faces of beautiful African children.
