Meet the Authors

Mark Harding

The Rev Dr Mark Harding (Ph.D., Princeton Theological Seminary) is the Dean and Chief Executive Officer of the Australian College of Theology. His role is to oversee the administration of our awards and to guide the day to day running of the College. He is the author of Tradition and Rhetoric in the Pastoral Epistles (Peter Lang, 1998) and What are They Saying About the Pastoral Epistles? (Paulist, 2001) and co-editor with Alanna Nobbs of The Content and the Setting of the Gospel Tradition (Eerdmans, 2010)

Alanna Nobbs

Alanna Nobbs (Ph.D., University of Sydney) is professor of ancient history and co-director of the Ancient History Documentary Research Centre at Macquarie University. She is the author of Kambala: the First Hundred Years 1887-1987 (Globe Press, 1987) and co-editor of The Content and the Setting of the Gospel Tradition; Ancient History in a Modern University (2 vols, Eerdmans, 1997)
