About "Counseling Troubled Older Adults"
Counseling Troubled Older Adults is designed as a pastoral care textbook for use in theological seminaries and by ministers engaged in pastoral ministry with older persons. By providing this handbook for pastors and other religious caregivers, Koenig and Weaver provide a resource that will help improve the clinical skills of caregivers in working with older persons with symptoms of mental illnesses. It will inform clergy of the most recent research on how older people draw upon their faith to cope with crises.
