Short but powerful read
5 stars By Karah, Oct 13 2015
Picked this up because it was a thin book but seemed thorough. It takes a concise and structured approach to dealing with depression, including telling you how to eat well and address negative thought patterns. The author used to battle with depression too, and because she's not a doctor or psychologist, her language is very relatable and easy to read. I'd recommend it!
