Highly recommend
5 stars By Kathy, Oct 24 2010
I have read many books on this subject and I have found this book to have been the most helpful. It is written with simple and easy to understand descriptions of eating disorders and how to walk the path to recovery. It is written for both the sufferer and carers alike without the feeling of hopelessness of ever recovering from this dreadful disease. Lots of information to help both suffer and carer alike. Highly recommended reading on this subject.
