I found this dvd teaching series to be extremely helpful and insightful. I especially appreciated the role playing between Geri and Peter Scazzero to help teach tips, tools and 'scripts' that would help communicate thoughts, emotions, needs and boundaries in a far healthier way. I would definitely recommend this for either personal study or small groups.
