Excellent read
By Carmel, May 13 2013

An excellent self- help guide to Family of Origin issues for the professional and any person interested in how the family they grew up in has affected them and how they relate to others. It helps you gain understanding of your family and of yourself and is a good resource to help you deal with your past to create a better future. Well worth reading and completeing the questions at the end of each chapter.
