A warm, thoughtful and interesting account of the joys and struggles of volunteering for this incredible adventure. Well done Nicola family!
I spent the afternoon reading this truly amazing book, it was very hard to put down! The author gives us (the reader), a chance to to see the real Nepal, the way she has written this book, you can almost visualize the countryside, the way she describes the people, their day to day life, it makes me realise how lucky I'am to live in Australia, and how strong the people of Nepal are! I could almost picture Nicola on her day to day commute to work and from work, dodging trucks, buses, pedestrians, etc! I t was not just Nicola who spent four seasons in Nepal, but her family too, they became part of the community! She also shows us the amazing work the International Fellowship of Nepal are doing! So again thank you Nicola and your family for sharing your story of your time in Nepal!
