About "Full Disclosure (Unabridged, 12 Cds)"
Ann Silver is a cop's cop. As the Midwest Homicide Investigator, she is called in to help local law enforcement on the worst of cases, looking for answers to murder. Hers is one of the region's most trusted investigative positions. Paul Falcon is the FBI's top murder cop in the Midwest. If the victim carried a federal badge or had a security clearance, odds are good Paul and his team see the case file or work the murder. Their lives intersect when Ann arrives to pass a case off her desk and onto his. A car wreck and a suspicious death offer a lead on a hired shooter he is tracking. Paul isn't expecting to meet someone, the kind that goes on the personal side of the ledger, but Ann Silver has his attention. The better he gets to know her, the more Paul realizes her job barely scratches the surface of who she is. She knows spies and soldiers and U.S. Marshals, and has written books about them. She is friends with the former Vice President. People with good reason to be cautious about who they let into their lives deeply trust her. Paul wonders just what secrets Ann is keeping, until she shows him the John Doe Killer case file, and he starts to realize just who this lady he is falling in love with really is ...
Meet the Author
Pastor's daughter Dee Henderson is a lifelong resident of Illinois, USA, and currently resides in Springfield. She believes that marketing books should be about the stories rather than the writer, so she keeps a low profile compared to many authors. Her background is in mathematics and computing science (B.Sc 1988) and she had a high paying job as an engineer before she moved into full-time writing in 1996. Her technical expertise has given her an unusually keen insight into the structural aspects of storytelling. The results are plain to see; since 1999, Dee has produced two bestselling fiction series - the acclaimed O'Malley series and Uncommon Heroes - as well as eleven stand-alone titles.
Dee's books brilliantly mix suspense and romance, and her characters undergo varied and interesting faith journeys that are integrated skillfully into the storylines. Dee's work has won or been nominated for several prestigious industry awards including the RWA's RITA Award, the Christy Award, the ECPA Gold Medallion, the Holt Medallion, the National Readers' Choice Award, and the Golden Quill.

Wow, what can I say? Author Dee Henderson's characterisation is nothing short of brilliant. It won't be long before you feel that Paul Ann (the main character's) are old and familiar friends. The way Henderson captures the complexities of personalities, especially Ann's, is phenomenal. I could easily see this playing out on a screen as FBI drama wrapped in a beautiful love story. Henderson paints the relationship that unfolds between Paul and Ann as realistic and has so many layers - it's a very enjoyable and deep read.
Anne is an independent woman who has great tact and strategy with dealing with her work as a cop. Paul takes great pride in solving the cases that come across his desk and wants to climb the FBI hierarchy ladder. Their paths cross when dealing with one case that turns into two cases as the leads develop. Paul wants to break Anne's protective shell that she has built around herself, yet Anne is determined to not get attached. I found that I liked Anne's independence but her stubbornness frustrated me a bit. I loved how she learned to trust Paul. The case was solved in a manner that surprised the reader and involved skill I would definitely recommend this book
I was extremely excited to find out that Dee Henderson was releasing a new book. It brought back old characters who I desperately wanted to find out what had happened in their lives since she ended the O'Malley series. This book introduces an unexpected turn of events, which I for one loved! Ann and Paul - the two main characters intrigued my interest and I found I could not put the book down until I finished it! I recommend anyone who has read and enjoyed any other books written by Dee Henderson needs to read this book ASAP!
Dee Henderson is a fanatastic author, I love all her books! I was all excited to read this book, And when I finally did I was pretty disappointed. It just seems to be lacking something compared to Dee's other books. Still a good read, but I would recomend Dee's O'malley series over this book anyday.
Dee Henderson is an amazing author but I felt like her attention to detail and long descriptions got in the way of the story in this particular book. While interested in the storyline as a whole, I found myself quite bored while reading it. The romance was methodical from the first page rather than gripping, which was frustrating. Felt a little like I was reading a counselling textbook on how relationships should work rather than the story of two broken people finding love together. It was nice to meet old 'friends' again from Dee's past books but at times also confusing as fiction and reality merged. On the whole an interesting book but not one I would read again.
