Meet the Author
Kathryn Johanna Kuhlman (1907-1976) was born in Concordia, Missouri, to German-American parents. She underwent a born-again experience at the age of fourteen in the Methodist Church of Concordia, and within two years began preaching, primarily in Baptist churches. Kuhlman traveled extensively around the United States and in many other countries holding "healing crusades" between the 1940s and 1970s. She became one of the most renowned miracle preachers in the world; hundreds of thousands of attendees at her meetings claimed to have received healings. Kuhlman had a weekly TV program in the 1960s and 1970s called I Believe In Miracles, as well as a regular 30-minute radio broadcast - both aired nationally in the US. Kuhlman's methods have had a major influence on faith healer Benny Hinn, who has written a book about her.

In this book you will find testimonies of miraculous healings. They include a reporter's account, testimonies from doctors and from those who were healed. Most of the testimonies are backed up with medical evidence which have amazed doctors and sceptics alike. I love the forward by Kathryn Kuhlman who just tells it like it is. It is so simple! Kathryn claims no responsibility for any of the healings that happen - in fact many happen without her intervention, and she is just as surprised by the healings as those healed and those witnessing the healings. She claims the greatest of all healings is the healing of the soul. In the last chapter, Kathryn addresses the question burning on all our hearts - "But what about those who are not healed?". More books by Kathryn Kuhlman with more stories of miraculous healings include "I Believe In Miracles" and "Nothing Is Impossible With God".
